Due to the digital nature and instant delivery of our service, all purchased credits are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a refund.
Eligible for Refund
- Technical Errors: Service malfunction preventing credit usage
- Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate charges
- Unauthorized Transactions: Charges made without your permission
Non-Refundable
- Credits or subscriptions already used
- Dissatisfaction with generated music quality
- Account suspension or termination
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
Subscription Refunds
- You can cancel subscriptions at any time
- No partial month refunds
- Access retained until end of current billing period after cancellation

- 2. Provide your order details and reason for refund
- 3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- 4. If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days
